Taylor A. Purdee is the son of actor Nathan Purdee and producer/documentarian Roberta Morris Purdee. After working on their films as a teenager he received a BA in theatre from Fordham University. His debut documentary "This is Honduras" premiered as the highest grossing film of the 2016 Chagrin Documentary Film Festival. Purdee serves as the creative force behind the "new projects" corner of the family's production company as well as overseeing the preservation and re-release of previous titles.
