            Set several months after the events of the original film, runaway teenager Brigitte Fitzgerald (Emily Perkins) uses an extract of monkshood to fight the effects of the lycanthropy that transformed her sister into a werewolf and it is now affecting her.The opening credits play over Brigitte shaving the hair all over her body, cutting her arm with a scalpel, then injecting herself with a dose of monkshood, then cutting to Brigitte in a library, where the librarian Jeremy (Brendan Fletcher) clumsily hits on her. When she goes to check out her books, her library card has too many fines owing, and she walks out, leaving the books behind.Back in her motel room, she inspects her latest cut and records the time and state of healing on a page filled with similar entries. Ginger (Katharine Isabelle), her late sister, appears to her as an apparition, saying that she is healing faster and the monkshood is not a cure. It only slows the transformation.Brigitte shoots a deadly second dose of monkshood, and immediately after, Brigitte senses the presence of the male werewolf that has been stalking her, whose identity is unknown. She hastily packs and opens the door to find Jeremy with her library books. However, the additional dose has pushed her into toxic shock. Jeremy gets her in his car and is about to drive her to hospital, when the driver side window is smashed, and the werewolf drags him from the car. Brigitte stumbles down the street and collapses in the snow.She wakes up in a building which is a combination of a rehab clinic for drug abusing girls and chronic care patient facility, located in the only operational section of a large, old hospital. She attempts, but fails, to escape. When delivered to the clinic's director Alice (Janet Kidder), she pleads to be released, but is refused. She does, however, manage to palm a piece of glass so she can continue to measure her healing rate. Tyler (Eric Johnson), a worker at the clinic, visits Brigitte at night and offers her some monkshood in exchange for sexual favors. She refuses and he tells her he will not give her the monkshood until she accepts his terms.As Brigitte's healing begins to accelerate, so does her rate of transformation. Ginger's ghost continues to appear, taunting Brigitte as she experiences growing cravings for sex, and to kill, as did Ginger previously. During a group therapy session Brigitte daydreams about being instructed to lie on the floor and masturbate, however it is unclear if the masturbation was a fantasy, since the part about imagining death and blood is clearly in Brigitte's mind. Suddenly jolted back to reality by a vision of Ginger, she draws her hand to her face to reveal her palm covered in hair. Later, and very depressed, she takes her shard of glass and holds it to her throat while looking into the bathroom mirror. However, she does not kill herself.During this time, Brigitte is shadowed by a girl called Ghost (Tatiana Maslany), the granddaughter of Barbara, a severe burn victim who is a patient there. Ghost eavesdrops on Alice in the staff lounge that Brigitte injects Monkshood. Curious about it, Ghost goes through her clandestinely hidden comic book collection and realizes Brigitte's secret. Ghost slips Brigitte a comic book containing the werewolf story. She begins to question her about lycanthropy, and notices Brigitte's ears have begun to grow pointy. Brigitte takes the glass, telling Ginger that she will not die, and cuts off the pointed part of her ear, flushing it down the toilet. Shortly after, Ghost tries to slip monkshood to Brigitte, but is foiled by Tyler. The following night, in despair at her rate of transformation, Brigitte allows Tyler to inject her.By now, it is apparent the werewolf has found her again. After Ghost's dog is found dead and mutilated, Brigitte asks her where the corpse was found, and is told that it was found in the disused crematorium section of the hospital. Upon learning this, Brigitte says she must get out. Ghost offers to show her an escape route, but insists she be taken with Brigitte.Brigitte escapes to the disused crematorium, in the basement, by crawling through air vents following Ghost's trail marks. There, Brigitte meets Beth-Ann (Pascale Hutton) who is high on drugs that she just received in exchange for sex with Tyler. Beth-Ann is killed and dragged away by the werewolf. Shortly after, Ghost arrives and says the escape route is where Beth-Ann was dragged away to. Brigitte and Ghost proceed, but are separated as the werewolf attacks. Clashing with the beast, Brigitte's leg is broken by the werewolf, but her transformation is so advanced, she heals immediately, and makes her escape after burning the beast in the crematorium.Ghost drives them to a gas station in the clinic car, where Brigitte tends to her wounds. They then drive to Barbara's house and sleep. Ghost explains how Barbara got burned, she tells Brigitte that Barbara fell asleep with her bedtime cigarette. The next day, after Brigitte starts eating a deer caught in an explosion from a trap set up by Ghost, they arrange for Tyler to bring monkshood to the gas station, but when Brigitte wanders inside she discovers the attendant has been slain. While she was away, Tyler had arrived and taken Ghost's car. Brigitte dashes back and drives off. Back at the house, Brigitte's body once more begins to reject the monkshood and Tyler worriedly calls Alice.Ghost tricks Brigitte into thinking Tyler abused her. Brigitte locks Tyler outside, and he is killed by the werewolf. Alice arrives, and is attacked by Ghost, wielding Barbara's hunting rifle. Brigitte figures out that Barbara didn't smoke, she aggressively keeps Ghost against a wall and argues with her, realizing it is likely Tyler didn't abuse Ghost and that Barbara was burnt by Ghost, but is stopped by Alice holding the rifle point-blank to the base of her skull. Alice begins to take Ghost, but is advised not to go outside. The werewolf then howls and breaks a nearby window, and Alice takes Ghost to the attic with her to seek refuge from Brigitte and the werewolf. Brigitte's transformation is almost complete, when the werewolf enters the house. She lures him into a room, and, when Ghost distracts the werewolf by dropping a heavy curling stone, Brigitte stabs him. The werewolf bites her on the arm. They struggle and after she repeatedly bashes its head with a curling stone, they fall into the basement, which has been turned into a pit of death using a set of mattress springs holding a wide variety of sharp objects. Ghost hits Alice with a hammer and sits at the top of the steps to peer into the basement, gun in hand. Brigitte crawls up the stairs, her face half transformed, begging Ghost to kill her. Instead, Ghost locks her in the basement.Ghost is shown illustrating a comic page of herself as a powerful warrior with a werewolf pet. Ghost narrates that Brigitte is getting stronger in the basement and is waiting to be unleashed on Ghost's enemies. As the film ends, Ghost is getting ready to welcome home Barbara as the fully transformed Wolf-Brigitte is heard growing from the basement.

            Forced to repeat her senior year of high school, Claire's (Maslany) reputation is sliding from bad-ass to bad joke. Armed with an acid tongue and shielded by ever-present headphones, Claire locks onto the only student clueless to her sordid rep: Henry (Van Wyck), a nerdy freshman she used to babysit. At night, Claire escapes to raucous concerts where she catches the eye of 33-yearold Jim (McCarthy, frontman of The ElastoCitizens), a wouldbe rock star who feeds on young fans adoration. Jim leads her into an intoxicating world of hard-partying musicians, while at school, Claire takes Henry under her wing. She reinvents her dorky friend as the mysterious rebel, throwing Henry's life into hilarious turmoil. As Claire dances across the surface of these relationships, she eventually learns hard lessons about the difference between sex, intimacy, and friendship.

            Detective Erin Bell (Nicole Kidman) shows up to a crime scene, ragged and rough. There's a dead shooting victim with a tattoo of three dots on the back of his neck, purple-dye stained dollar bills around him. The cops on the scene say it's their case and tell her scram, but Bell tells them she knows who did it. She returns to her car and sits down, exhausted.At the police station, her boss tells her she's received mail at the precinct. When she opens it, there's a purple-dye stained bill inside. Someone has sent her a message. Angered, she goes to the FBI office to meet her old supervisor, Gil Lawson (Toby Huss). They catch up, and she asks him if he can trace the bill she received in the mail. He wonders if she really wants to go down this path, but he insists. He confirms it's a match. Erin leaves, ready for a fight. We see that she has tattoo removal scars for three dots on the back of her neck.In flashback, a much younger and healthier looking Erin meets Chris (Sebastian Stan). The two of them are being sent undercover to bust up a gang that's committing bank robberies. They go over their covers meticulously, and since they will be posing as a couple, they try out a kiss.Back in present day, Erin contacts a prison to get a meeting with Toby (James Jordan), an incarcerated member of the gang but is informed that he has been given compassionate release since he's dying. She drives out to his home and finds him decrepit and in bed, dying fast. She tells him she wants to find Silas (Toby Kebbell), the leader of the gang. He claims he doesn't know where she is but says he knows where she can find Arturo (Zach Villa), another gang member who's on the run. He won't tell Erin unless she gives him a hand job. She at first refuses but then does, disgustedly. Toby tells Erin that Arturo hides out in a church where he provides free legal advice to the needy, his way of giving penance.In a flashback, we see Silas, a sociopath leader of the gang, forcing Arturo to play Russian Roulette in front of the whole group. At this point, Erin and Chris's pretend romantic relationship has become a totally real one. In the present day, Erin goes to the church but finds it closed. She goes to have a drink and finds her own teenage daughter, Shelby (Jade Pettyjohn) there with her skeevy older boyfriend Jay (Beau Knapp). Erin tries to get Shelby out of there, but Shelby rejects her mother and Erin ends up hitting Jay, getting her kicked out of the bar.Erin goes to her ex-boyfriend Ethan (Scoot McNairy), who Shelby lives with, and tells him he needs to do a better job of getting Shelby under control, but he points out that she's not doing much to help Erin at all. The next day, Erin returns to the church, posing as a woman looking for help with a friend having immigration issues. She is led to Arturo, but once he sees her, he makes a run for it. Erin chases after him for a long while and finally catches him. She says she's not after him, just Silas. Arturo doesn't know where he is but knows who the attorney is that helps Silas keep getting his hands on the money from his robberies.Erin goes to the extremely wealthy home of DiFranco (Bradley Whitford), the attorney. She tells him she knows he's helping Silas, but he mercilessly mocks her, saying it's her fault that Chris and a poor bank teller died in her undercover operation all those years ago. Erin goes to hit him, but DiFranco's security guard comes from behind and beats her viciously in the stomach and takes her gun. Erin crawls into the bathroom, and when the security guard tries to get her out, she gets the jump on him, beating him unconscious, getting her gun back, and marching outside where DiFranco is coaching his son in a batting cage. She pistol-whips him until he's bloody, and he confesses he knows when the drop is going to be. He tells her it's not going to be Silas doing the pickup: it's always Petra (Tatiana Maslany), Silas's longtime girlfriend.Erin goes to the drop and sees the once-beautiful, and vibrant Petra is now completely strung out on drugs. She follows Petra's vehicle, hoping to catch Silas. Her current partner, Antonio (Shamier Anderson) has been continuously trying to reach her, but she brushes him off, saying she's on her own business. She follows Petra and sees her meeting with a bunch of men and putting on masks and loading up with guns - she realizes they're about to commit another bank robbery. She radios it in, pulls a shotgun out of her trunk, and along with two local cops who arrive on the scene, busts into the bank and stops the robbery in progress. A massive firefight breaks out, and Petra is hit in the leg but escapes. Erin allows the police to chase after her in the wrong direction, and follows Petra to another store, where she attempts to handcuff her. Petra fights back, getting in several brutal kicks to Erin's midsection, the same spot where she was beaten by DiFranco's bodyguard. Erin gets the upper hand and throws Petra into her trunk. She gets Petra away and handcuffs her. Petra is detoxing from drugs and begs for Erin to let her go, but Erin leaves her for the police to find - but not before demanding to know where she's planning to meet Silas. Petra tells her she never knows, Silas will text her, so Erin takes Petra's phone.Shelby has ended up in the hospital with a busted hand after getting into an altercation while out at a bar with Jay, so Erin goes to Ethan and tells him she wants him to take Shelby and move out of town somewhere else and start a new life. She promises to get him money - lots of it. In flashback, Erin realizes she is pregnant with Chris's baby. The two of them plan to go through with the robbery and keep some of the money for themselves to get out of the undercover life and the police life. They go over every contingency for how they'll explain it all to the police after it happens.In the present, Erin goes to a storage unit where she has kept a bag of money that has hidden away from the robbery all those years ago. However, when she opens it, she finds much of it has the purple dye over it, rendering it unusable. She screams in frustration. She takes the little amount of the money that is usable and meets up with Jay. She offers him the money to move away and never contact Shelby again. He is disgusted but ultimately accepts the money.In flashback, we finally see the bank robbery. Everything is going according to plan, and the vicious Silas tells the frightened bank teller she better not put any dye in the money she's bagging. The gang leaves with the money, but outside the bank a dye pack explodes, ruining an entire duffel of bills. Silas goes back in to murder the girl, and Chris, despite being able to make a run for it, turns back around to stop him. He identifies himself as an agent, but Silas shoots him and shoots the bank teller. When Erin sees Chris doesn't leave, she is devastated, and takes off driving. Toby is in her car and screams at her demanding to know if she's a cop. To escape him, she crashes her van, incapacitating Toby who she handcuffs. She takes her duffel of money and cries for Chris.Erin has dinner with Shelby, who recounts a memory of being a little girl and being pulled out of school by her mom and taken camping in the middle of nowhere and how erratic it was. Erin tells Shelby that she's sorry for everything, that it's her fault that her father died. Erin insists Ethan is the only father that matters to her. Erin tells Shelby she knows she's been a bad mother and she's sorry, and that she loves her, and maybe someday she'll understand. She kisses her on the forehead and leaves, finding a text from Silas on Petra's phone.Erin goes to meet Silas at the drop point. Silas is amused to see her and asks if she got his message he sent her (the dyed dollar she got at the precinct). Erin shoots and kills Silas, tossing dye-stained bills around him. We see the next day, the police investigating Silas's body - HE was the corpse at the beginning of the film, which is actually also the end of the film. When Erin tells the cops she knows who did it, this time we know it was her. Antonio wants to know what the hell she's been up to, and Erin gives him a note with an address and tells him he'll be able to put it together. She goes out to her car, the scene we saw at the beginning, and sits down. She lifts up her shirt, and she is deeply bruised all over with severe internal bleeding. Dying, she remembers when she and Chris decided to take some of the money. We see more of the scene: Erin is tired of their shitty lives, and she wants to escape. Chris is hesitant, but Erin begs him to do it for her. He agrees. We see another flashback, to Erin and a young Shelby on that camping trip. In the present, Erin looks out at the sky and dies.
    

Destroyer


            The film begins somewhere in the icy tundra of North America. The lovers, Roman and Lucy, are researchers who live and work up there. They cut holes in the ice to go ice-fishing. Lucy has more luck catching fish, and playfully makes fun of Roman for his lack of fish. The topic switches to their tastes in music. Roman tells Lucy about this one song by the artist Gil Scott-Haron. He tells her that he loves this one song where the lyrics say "the spirits are your parents." He contemplates that maybe the spirits are always trying to tell people things, and that "if you took a second to listen to yourself, you would hear them."Later that night, Roman lays in bed next to Lucy, who seems to be having a troubled sleep. When he wakes her, she tells him that she had a nightmare where she was being stalked by a mysterious figure, and that no one was around to hear her cries for help.Lucy leaves her on her snowmobile and stops off at another house, where she sets up a birthday party for one of her co-workers. She allows herself to get lost in the party with her friends and peers.In the morning, Roman stops off at a small municipal airport. He boards a delivery plane that is set to transport a dead body. He identifies the body as a man named Tom. When asked what happened, he simply replies, "He got lost." He and his co-worker pass the body off to two Inuit villagers before flying back to base.Lucy receives a letter from a university program, where she has been accepted to study in their biology department. She meets up with Roman, and the two of them head to a snowmobile race. While watching the race, Lucy is suddenly overcome with anxiety and excuses herself. What appears to be a man begins to follow her to her snowmobile; she quickly boards and drives away. Roman follows her. She explains that she got accepted to the biology program. She tells Roman that she has to go down south, as the man keeps chasing her and she can't get away. She asks Roman to come with her, but he is adamant that he stays at base, as he cannot fathom the idea of going down south.The two make love later that evening, but Roman senses that Lucy is not reciprocating and decides to stop. She tries to convince him otherwise, but he doesn't want to continue. They go to sleep, feeling more distant from each other.Roman begins to self-medicate to cope with his emotions; he smokes weed constantly and drinks to excess. Lucy drives to his house and tries to get him to let her in, but he ignores her. On her drive back, she stops to take a picture, but is yet again approached by the man. She jumps in her car and speeds away.Roman takes his rifle out that night and shoots up his old furniture. He is visited by Sheriff John, who's responding to a noise complaint, but he sympathetically lets Roman finish his rounds before he leaves. Roman is suddenly approached by a polar bear. The polar bear speaks to Roman, and tells Roman that he's stuck in his karma and needs to break out of his circle. Roman matter-of-factly states that maybe he'll just shoot the bear, who retorts that he's the only friend Roman has. The bear lumbers off. Nearby, a boy playing hockey with his brother asks Roman if he can talk to bears. Roman simply tells the boy that it's late and time to get back inside. He takes the boy and his brother in.Lucy visits Roman again and is adamant that he talks to her. When he ignores her again, she breaks his window open and demands that he tell her he loves her. Roman chases her out the door and screams at her to leave him alone, that he is done with her. Lucy leaves in tears.Sheriff John arrives at Roman's to check on him; he finds him distraught and sitting with his rifle pointed under his chin. John leaves and comes back with a case of beer to snap Roman out of his funk. Roman confides in John that he moved up north after he broke his ankle kicking his abusive father in the face, and that he no longer knows of his father's whereabouts.The next morning, John finds Roman passed out surrounded by beer cans. He has Roman airlifted to a nearby health clinic to detox.Lucy arrives at the clinic. She pays all of the money she was saving to go down south to visit Roman. The two are given 15 minutes in a small meeting room, where they passionately make love against the table. Roman promises to do anything for Lucy to make it up to her. She tearfully asks if he could go with her down south; the man is still chasing her and it's becoming unbearable. Roman agrees. Because she no longer has any money, he tells her they're going to pack up their snowmobiles and ride as far south as they can, until she is free from her nightmares.The two embark on a journey across the frozen tundra with as many supplies as they can carry. On their journey, they come across a trail of frozen caribou, half buried in the ice. Lucy explains that this happens every year when the water levels get too high; the leader tries to cross the river and drowns, prompting the second in line to lead until they drown, and so on until there are none left.While camping out, Lucy tells Roman a joke: Two lovers and a bear walk into a bar, and the lovers are carrying an octopus. They claim that the octopus is the most accomplished musician in the world. The bear consistently tests the skills of the octopus with various musical instruments, all of which the octopus can play expertly. The bear finally gives the octopus a bagpipe; he fumbles with it for a few moments before giving up. When taunted by the bear for his inability to play, he comments that he wasn't going to play it, but instead was going to have sex with it once he got the pajamas off. Roman teases that it's the worst joke he's ever heard.The lovers' journey is a positive one. They spend their time traveling, skiing, and taking pictures of the Northern lights. For once, they are liberated from their pasts.The two are soon approached by the bear, who complains that he's hungry. Lucy panics and goes for her gun, but Roman tells her that he won't hurt her. The bear tells Roman that running away won't solve their issues, and Lucy's attacker is still following them; they need to "burn" him out. Roman feeds the bear a fish and tells him to go away. The bear lumbers off, muttering "I love you too." Roman tells a baffled Lucy that he can speak to bears, and the journey south resumes.Not long after, they are approached by a native villager, who warns them to turn around to avoid an incoming blizzard. Lucy stubbornly states that she's not going back north. The villager takes pity on them and gives them directions to a nearby military base that has since been abandoned. As they travel there, Roman's snowmobile hits a patch of thin ice, and he falls through, trapping. Lucy manages to pull him up with her mobile and rope, and they continue on their way, minus one snowmobile.They find the military base, but Lucy is apprehensive to enter. Roman assures her that there is no one inside, and that she is safe with him. They explore the base, finding old artifacts such as 30 year-old corned beef. Lucy is still afraid that someone else is in the base with them, but Roman insists that they are alone.That night, Lucy hears a noise while she sleeps. Thinking that it's Roman playing a trick, she stands up to investigate. She is once again confronted by the mysterious man. He places his hand on her shoulder and tells her to come to him if she loves him - if she doesn't, people will die and she will be the one to blame. Lucy runs out of the base screaming and crying, but Roman catches her before she can run out into the snow. Inconsolable, she admits that the man following her is her dead father, who would regularly sexually abuse her. She screams that she needs to kill him and get him out of her head. Roman promises Lucy that he'll kill him for her. He gathers up their belongings, then breaks open the base's gas line and lights it on fire, blowing up the inside. Roman embraces Lucy and assures that her father is dead and will never follow her again.In voiceover, Lucy wonders if she and Roman are like the caribou who crossed the river and froze to death, knowing full well that they wouldn't make it. Roman says maybe it's a good thing, because it's proof that they conquered their biggest fears in life, and in doing so, were not afraid to die.The doomed lovers are finally out of resources. They dig a cave in the ice to take shelter. Lucy and Roman affirm their love for each other, and imagine the beautiful life they'll build together once they make it down south.As Lucy sleeps, the bear pokes his head through the cave and greet Roman. He quips that they are so close to their destination but are simultaneously a lifetime away. Roman remarks that the bear is like a god, but with flaws. The bear says that all gods have flaws, "even Jesus." He bids Roman farewell, assuring him that he will see him again soon. Roman falls asleep, with Lucy at his side.Some time later, a rescue team comes across the abandoned snowmobile. They take out chainsaws and begin to carve at the surrounding ice. Buried under the thick layer of ice is Lucy and Roman, frozen in the icy tundra with their arms around each other. The lovers are airlifted away into the arctic sky as the screen cuts to black.

            After a tragic accident claims the lives of Luke Gibson's (Gooding Jr.) wife and unborn child, he is left with critical injuries and complete amnesia. A new technological breakthrough from the Hexx Corporation - a Psi-Comp implant that's hardwired into Luke's brain, saves his life, but Luke soon finds out that this new technology comes with a price and that the Hexx Corporation harbors sinister plans for the new device. With the help of new allies, Luke tries to recover the memories of his past while uncovering the Hexx Corporation's true motives.After Luke (project 660) had a brain operation he starts seeing Hexx Corporation ads for various products. For this he goes to the doctor who had implanted the Hexx chip in his head. He is about to get the names of those people who are responsible for this. Hexx corporation had activated the termination of Luke, but he gets saved by the team of keyboard. They make a proposition to Luke that he will help them to kill Virgil (Val Kilmer) - the head of Hexx Corporation, and in return they will help Luke regain his memories. Luke agrees.Keyboard informs Luke that Hexx corporation had chosen him for their experiment, and this is why they canceled his insurance and also set up an accident. Luke with the team of keyboard starts to find out who had killed Luke's wife. Luke kills Virgil to overcome his rage, but in this process keyboard and his father are killed. Luke with punkred and punkblue tries to saves others who are part of the experiment.
