Sunil Sadarangani started his film career at MTV Networks, India and has traveled the world producing fiction films and documentaries. One of his most prominent achievements was serving as Producer for 3 segments of the 15-part documentary series called 'World Religions' where he secured rare permission to shoot at The Golden Temple and an exclusive one-hour interview with the Dalai Lama.Sunil then produced for Binc, Vfx in India, supervising visual effects coordination. Amongst other major projects, he produced the feature length documentaries 'India Pa Vag' and 'Bollywood Extras' for Swedish National Television and the US based indie hit 'September Tapes' (also his acting debut). Sunil independently produced and directed a short documentary film 'Nimble Feet'.After making his acting debut in 'September Tapes' in a supporting role for First Look Universal, he made his way to Hollywood and began booking co-starring roles in short films and Indie Features. He starred as the lead in the Web-series 'Bollywood To Hollywood' which won him Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series at the LA Web Fest in 2011.Current projects include starring in and producing his new short film 'Blind' which he also wrote. 'Blind' was filmed on location in Marseille, France in Feb 2013. It is ready for its film festival run. His previous short film 'In Transit', which he starred in, scripted and produced traveled to many festivals including the Palm Springs ShortFest and The Angeleno Film Festival where it won 3 awards-Best Short, Best Director & Best Actor.'In Transit' has been picked up by 3 distribution outlets so far and qualified to be eligible for an Oscar nomination consideration for 2013. The short film is now being developed as a major motion picture and is in advanced development.
