Ross Higgins was a Australian actor, comedian, voice artist and singer. Ross was well known for his role as Ted Bullpitt in Kingswood Country (1980) which first made an appearance on The Naked Vicar Show in a skit which led Ross to his most famous role and its spin-off series that aired 12 years later known as Bullpitt! (1997).
