Little Women, Big Cars


            Olivia Wilson (Ambry Childers) is an interior designer in New York City who loses her job for lack of being fearless and innovative in her designs. Her roommate Paula (Shavon Kirksey) encourages her to go home and spend some time with her family after Olivia receives an invitation to her dad's 25th Anniversary work party. After flying cross country, Olivia meet Scott Norrell (Keegan Allen) at the loading dock, a new employee at Wilson Moving company. Oliva surprises her dad Neil (Jim O'Heir) at work and they go home together to make lasagna. Meanwhile, a national chain moving company is trying to drive out independent moving businesses in the area. Wilson employee Pete (Walter Perez) meets his lifelong friend Karen (Amanda Perez) to work on her online dating profile. Neil is so proud of Olivia that she is finding it difficult to tell him she lost her job in New York. Neil plans on going on a fishing trip soon and Olivia volunteers to come into the office to fill in. Back in her old bedroom, Olivia reminisces about her mom. Oliva's roommate calls and her dad overhears that she lost her job.The next day at work with her dad is out on an appointment, Scott and Pete enlist Oliva to join their moving crew. She spends the day with the crew helping pack up stuff and move boxes. Meanwhile, Neil Wilson meets with Robert Fuller (Blake Hood) of Acme Movers. Acme proposes to buy out Wilson Movers. Neil declines but invites Mr. Fuller to the Wilson Movers anniversary party that evening. The last move of the day is Mrs. Norrell (Patty McCormack), Scott's grandmother but she is unwilling to relocate to the Golden Meadows. At the end of the day, Olivia is exhausted and falls asleep in the truck. That night at the anniversary party, Pete and Karen agree to set each other up on a blind date. Neil is happy that Mr. Fuller has taken his invitation but refuses to talk with him about ongoing business. Neil admits to Olivia that the business isn't doing that well. Olivia pledges to help set the business straight. Olivia then has occasion to meet Scott's girlfriend Heather (Brit Shaw). Heather pressures Scott to take over the business if Neil retires. She envisions that she and Scott can start living their lives. Scott, however, is not even sure working in a moving company is really what he wants to do.
Neil announces he is leaving Scott and Olivia in charge when he leaves on his fishing trip. Rob is struggling with his boss Dave (Scott Michael Morgan) after he fails to get Neil to sell out. That day, all of Wilson's moving jobs have canceled due to Acme's undercutting prices. Scott puts his feet up while Olivia starts to rearrange the office space. Pete and Karen again meet at the Pie Shop and talk about the dates they set up for each other. Heather pushes Scott to contact Acme to get a better job. While organizing, Olivia finds a picture of dad's new girlfriend Georgia (Romy Rosemont). Neil's fishing trip is really several days away with her.The next day, the crew is upset that Olivia has rearranged their desks when she reorganized the office. Olivia hides in a moving truck until Scott fetches are back. She accidentally admits to Scott that she lost her job in New York. That evening Pete and Karen's blind double date is on. The two dates discover they are both vegan and seemed to really hit it off. Oliva calls her roommate and tells her that she accidentally told Scott she lost her job.Dave gives Rob a competitive advantage tool by having all the closing dates of house sales in the area. Activity at the Wilson Moving Company is again extremely slow. Oliva calls her dad on vacation Neil admits he is stumped about what to do with all the cancellations and is willing to take any suggestion Olivia has. Olivia starts to modernize the company with computer systems, efficiency measures and improved customer service. Scott confronts Olivia about her bossiness. Olivia counters that she has seen Scott's LSAT scores and his is just afraid to pursue law school. Pete confides in Karen that he sees himself in leadership role at the company. Karen surprises Pete with the news that has a hot date that night. Meanwhile, Scott is very agitated with the office changes and with Heather. He tells her he has decided to apply for law school. Heather does not want to go into debt for him to be a lawyer. She would prefer he apply at Acme where she has already chatted with Mr. Fuller about him. She does not want to leave Sierra Verde. Heather and Scott realize they don't want the same things in life. Heather leaves.Acme continues to take business away from Wilson Moving Company. Olivia awakens very late and drives to work in her pajamas. Grandma Norrell still removes to move to Golden Meadows. Olivia offers to go with Scott and Grandma to show her the assisted living facility. Mrs. Norrell is convinced to when Olivia starts to design her apartment with items from her house using the things that are most important to her. Scott invites Olivia along to Brandy Rose Tavern that evening.Neil and Georgia. his girlfriend, are staring at the stars. She tells Neil that she no longer wants to be a secret. Neil admits he loves her and promise to introduce her to Olivia when they return from vacation. The next day, the crew is moving Scott's grandmother to Golden Meadows. That night, Scott and Olivia are playing pool and see Karen out with new boyfriend.The next day, Scott sees the advantage of Olivia having under designer on staff. Helping design their new spaces with old and new things will add to their services offered. Wilson wouldn't just move people out; they would move them forward. Olivia hires Karen to help with fabrics and learn some design basics. The crew starts papering the town with advertisements. Olivia creates a portfolio of the new project and sends it to New York. Wilson Moving's appointment board fills up while Acme Moving business struggles. After an unsatisfactory call with his boss Dave, Rob from Acme comes looking for a job at Wilson. Pete tells Olivia he wants to own the company someday. After seeing the portfolio sent, Sabrina (Kate Orsini), Olivia's former boss in New York, calls to offer Olivia a job to designer a restaurant in the Hamptons.Neil comes home that evening with this new girlfriend. Neil introduces Georgia to Olivia. Olivia is upset about her dad lying to her about being on a fishing trip. Meanwhile at the Pie Shop Karen has broken up with Jesse. Pete and Karen decide to go on a date despite the risks to their friendship. Olivia has gone to the moving company and runs into Scott. He takes her to the edge of a lake and almost talks her into jumping in but stop her at the last second. A car pulls up and Neil see his daughter and Scott holding hands. Later that night father and daughter have a long talk about his relationship, her losing her job, Scott, Neil's desire to retire, the new business plan and Olivia job offer in New York. They decide to have a party.The next day at the yard party, Olivia apologizes to Georgia for her bad first impression. Neil says to Pete he will walk him though the business before he takes over. Scott misses the party to be with his grandmother. That night Olivia seeks Scott out at Brandy Rose Tavern but leaves when he sees Scott with Heather again.The next morning, Olivia flies off to New York. Scott drops by the Wilson home that evening but Neil informs him she has already gone back to New York. Olivia returns to her old office and succeeds on the project. Olivia's roommate mails an invitation to Scott to come to the grand opening of the new restaurant the Olivia designed. Scott gets the letter. He is inspired to fill out the application for New York Law Academy. Over time, Olivia's career takes off. On the night of the grand opening, Scott enters as Olivia is giving a presentation. Scott tells him that he was accepted into the academy and was looking for a place to live. Olivia tells Scott she misses him. He responds in kind and they kiss and their romance begins.
