Quincy Rose is an award winning, American filmmaker, and son of the late, venerated, comedy writer, Mickey Rose (Take the Money and Run, Bananas).In 2012 Quincy's debut feature film, Miles to Go, premiered at the Hollywood Film Festival where it was nominated for Best Feature. After doing the festival circuit, it was released in 2015. IndieWIRE called Miles to Go, "One of the 12 indie-films to watch on VOD (May 2015)," and The Hollywood Reporter said, "If Woody Allen and Albert Brooks had a baby, this film would be it."Friends Effing Friends Effing Friends, Quincy's second feature film, had its world premiere at the 2016 Cinequest Film Festival, where it opened to rave reviews. The San Francisco Chronicle called it, "Sexually frank... a more serious romantic comedy," continuing, "The lessons Rose learned from the towering influences in his life, his father and godfather, are only in how he approaches humor.
