            Radha Mohan and Krishna Veni are a couple leading a miserable marital life due to several misunderstandings and decide to file for divorce. They died on 14 February 1983 at 10:20 AM near a clock tower on their way to the lawyer's office. Their son, Nageswara Rao, becomes a rich and influential businessman and happens to come across his parents' lookalikes, Nagarjuna and Priya. After befriending them, Rao decides to re-establish them as a couple but is shocked when Nagarjuna introduces his lover, Prema. Rao manages to dissolve the relationship with the help of his personal adviser, Girish Karnad. Unaware of this, Nagarjuna swears not to fall in love with anyone. At the same clock tower, Rao meets Dr Anjali and falls in love with her at first sight. He helps her in admitting an injured old man to a nearby hospital and donates his blood. The injured man, Chaitanya, is shocked upon seeing the pair as they resemble his deceased parents, Seetharamudu and Ramalakshmi.
Seetharamudu was a barrister who returned from London upon his father's death to manage his family businesses. He was a zamindar and was fond of cars. In one such instance, he sees a poor farmer called Ramalakshmi and decides to marry her. Asked by a mediator, she accepts the proposal, without meeting Seetharamudu, but asks him for six months' delay as she has to buy new clothes for the bridegroom, following the village's tradition. Seetharamudu learns about this and meets her as a reformed thief. With his help, Ramalakshmi could cultivate enough grain in three months and buy new clothes with that money. On the day of marriage, she is surprised to know that Seetharamudu is her chosen groom and they marry. On 14 February 1924 the couple goes out, but Chaitanya, suffering from fever then, fakes a stomach ache so that his parents return. The plan works and the couple rushes home at high speed but dies in an accident at 10:20 AM near the same clock tower where Radha Mohan and Krishna Veni would die. Now he aims to reunite them without letting them recollect their past as they cannot bear the pain of losing him. Chaitanya stays in Rao's house for further treatment while Nagarjuna joins them as he was expelled from his hostel. One night, Priya, remembering her past life, visits Rao's house only to see Nagarjuna sleeping beside him. She leaves the house in tears. While Rao's attempts to court Anjali begin, Nagarjuna and Priya join Salsa dance classes where Priya constantly expresses her anger towards Nagarjuna. On Rao's birthday, 13 February 2013, Anjali proposes to him which he accepts. This makes Chaitanya very happy. Priya meets Nagarjuna there who is dressed as Radha Mohan, who reveals that he too recollected memories of his past life on the night she left the house in shock. He apologises for his wrong deeds and proposes to her. She accepts his proposal and Rao is relieved.
The next day, Nagarjuna goes to a temple with Priya in a car which has no brakes and Rao chases them along with Anjali. Both of the couples are nearing the same clock tower where they died in their past lives. A worried Chaitanya is offered a lift by a young biker who follow them. On 10:20 AM when all the four are safe near the clock tower, a lorry driven by a drunk driver is shown rushing towards them. The biker and Chaitanya jump from the bike, which goes on to hit the lorry tyre, distracting the lorry's path. The four thank Chaitanya who urges them to thank the biker, Akhil.

            Music director Ajay (Ajay Devgan) argues with his wife Sonia (Sonali Bendre) over whether to give birth to their child in a foreign country or in India (because of the insecurity caused by the Mumbai riots).Ajay soon learns that his mother (Pooja Bhatt) has been burned by a group of Muslim rioters while leaving a church and is in critical condition. In flashback, the struggles his mother had to undergo to raise her children are shown. She was in love with a Hindu film producer Raman Desai (Nagarjuna Akkineni) but was not allowed to marry him on account of her Muslim faith. He marries her but does not document or acknowledge their marriage as it was done without any traditional upholdings. The fact that she had children with a Hindu man forces her to hide her faith and live her life as a Christian even in front of her son.After his father's death, Ajay realises his mother is a Muslim. She makes him promise to bury her according to her faith when she dies, for it is only through a proper burial that she will be able to find herself reunited with her lover in heaven. Ajay's mother succumbs to the burns. Sonia learns about her mother-in-law's past life and decides not to leave Ajay. She stands by him and supports his decision to bury his mother. However, Ajay's task is impeded by a fundamentalist leader Subodhbhai (Ashutosh Rana) who wanted to make political issue and encourage Hindu youth to kill Muslims. Anand (Akshay Anand) happens to be a youth leader and Ajay's brother. But when Anand comes to know about Subodhbhai's intentions he stands by his brother's side to bury his mom as per Muslim faith. Her body is buried as she wished, and she reunites with Raman in heaven.

Varma unleashes his creativity by balancing the emotion and voilence in this nicely crafted masterpeice.5/5.

            The film begins with 3 youngsters Ashwin (Ashwin Babu), Kishore (Vennela Kishore), Praveen (Praveen), who are friends from college days, deciding to lead a life by investing in a resort business. As they start the business, everything goes smoothly until they begin to witness paranormal activities in the resort, making their lives tougher. Immediately, they contact a nearby church Father (Naresh) but it fails miserably and their fear of that ghost increases more. The Father suggests them to approach a world-renowned mentalist Rudra (Akkineni Nagarjuna) who has parlor tricks, mental tenacity to make clever guesses, special powers of contacting with the spirits and also assists the Police Department as human lie detector with his cold reading techniques.Rudra decides to solve out resort mystery. Beyond a shadow of the doubt, he finds out it is a soul of a girl Amrutha (Samantha Akkineni) who is seeking answers for her death. Rudra ensures Amrutha he will definitely help her. So she starts revealing her past. Amrutha is a bright and intelligent student who has grown up with values and norms given by her father Parandhamaiah (Rao Ramesh). While out on a college excursion, somebody secretly films her nude body while bathing in the same resort and uploaded on the internet which leads to her father's death. After that Amrutha also committed suicide due to the pain which was given by the society. Now Rudra starts his investigation to catch the real culprit. At last, he cracks the mystery it was Kiran (Abhinaya) daughter of Chandra Shekar (Devan) Vice Chancellor of the Institution, who was jealous of Amrutha's popularity and the fondness of her love interest Nandu (Nandu) towards Amrutha. After learning the truth, Amrutha tries to kill Kiran but Rudra obstructs her way by remembering the morals taught by her father and makes her soul leaves happily. Finally, the movie ends with the 3 youngsters running their resort successfully with a caution that cell phones are not allowed and Rudra moving towards a new mission.
