Leighton is also known for voicing "Lucinda The Witch" on Disney's Emmy winning "Sofia The First."Leighton is an award-winning filmmaker herself with many accolades for the animated short "Planeman," through the festival circuit. As a professional singer she has sung back-up for - Halsey on the platinum single "New Americana," and has two tracks on Disney's "Sofia The First Album" as Lucinda. Merit also performed the song for "Dishonored" with a 50 piece orchestra, on the "SPIKE Video Game Awards."
