Marcia is of 2nd generation West Indian origin, her mother is from the beautiful small island of St Kitts & Nevis, while her dad is from Barbados. Upon doing her BA Degree in Filmmaking, Marcia had wrote and directed an autobiographical documentary film based on her own childhood upbringing. Marcia was born in the Chinese year of the Dragon of which her family consider this to be a special honor and are very proud that she is pursuing her love of acting.Marcia is especially grateful to the opportunity given to her by her 1st mentor 'Liz Light', Founder of Stage 2 Youth Group, who is the sister of the actor John Light and a third cousin of the poet Laurie Lee and film director Jack Lee.
