Karelina Clarke spent her first young years on a remote Australian cattle farm where she developed a knack for accents by acting out shows on TV satellite channels. When her family moved to Sydney, a keen ear led Karelina to start playing the piano and singing. Karelina's love of performing further blossomed when she was cast through a friend on an ABC children's program. By the time Karelina was 6 years old, she had already appeared in a number of television commercials and short film roles. At 7, Karelina performed in Opera Australia's season of Anna Bolena in the role of Princess Elizabeth and was then invited back for another season of Opera in Il Viaggio a Reims wearing extraordinary period costumes hand made for her.
