Javier Noriega, was born in Mexico City; a graduate from prestigious school of "Bellas Artes". a film actor & screenwriter. His groundbreaking performance "En Donde chocan las olas" directed by Abraham Miranda, having presence in various festivals among which are: the MIX Festival Mexico in 2013 Acapulco International film Festival (FICA) 2014 International film Festival "Un lugar sin limites" in Quito, Ecuador and FICUNAM.
