Last Rights


            Our favorite sophisticated hooker Belle returns from three weeks of sand and sex with a millionaire client. She tells us it's not all it's cracked up to be.
Then she returns to her own place -- a new big house. There's a card from Ben waiting for her. Oh dear.
She shows us around and is haunted by visions of Ben, who professed his love for her when last we saw him.
She has to get to work. She tarts up for her new client, Liam, a judge. She expects him to be old and gouty, but he's young and cute. He empties his pockets of pills and announces it's time for the shower.
Cut to Belle astride him, working her best to no avail. He flings her off him. They try again -- against the wall. She tells him it's very strange. He says he took some helpers because there's no mystique. He says nothing gets him excited anymore. Except now he has a large problem of excitement he can't seem to get rid of. She suggests solutions, including sticking it in an ice bucket, tapping it with a spoon or slamming it in a door.Finally, Liam gets dressed. He has a message from Stephanie, Belle's former madam. She was picked up for speeding and they found a bag of cash, three fake passports and one giant sex toy in her trunk. She's in the slammer.Belle visits. Stephanie wants her to run things while she's away. Belle says she's more of a "front line worker" than management.
Stephanie has another favor.Cut to Belle going to an apartment building to meet Poppy, who turns out to be Stephanie's daughter. And she thinks she's staying with Belle. She unloads purses at Belle's place then asks to use the bathroom. Poppy thinks her mom is a corporate head hunter. She thinks her mom is in Saudi Arabia on a job.Belle goes to get Poppy bedding and Ben calls. Belle doesn't answer.Later, outside her place, Ben sneaks up on her. She invites him in. She tries to small talk, but he stops her, saying he knows she's trying to come up with a way to turn him down. "That's the point, Hannah, I know you better than you know yourself," he says.He takes out a black marker and tries to make a list of pros and cons on her wall. She gets angry and he says he'll wait so as not to rush her.The next day, she goes to visit Liam the Judge. He tells her Stephanie's cell was searched last night and they found her phone and ledger. Belle insists she doesn't want to be a madam.
They're interrupted by Liam's secretary. The surprise seems to do the trick for him.
Belle steps out for a moment and comes back in in judges robes, wig and underwear.
She climbs on top of him and tells him to explain himself to the court. The leave the door open and she reminds him they could get caught at any moment.
She posits that he doesn't enjoy sex unless it's a risk.
"Objection! Conjecture and innuendo!" he moans, then finally is able to finish. "I wanna cum in your mouth!" Just a typical day at work. Liam cums in my mouth indeed but what an explosion! His taste is fantastic.Later, Belle tells him this was a one time solution, he needs to find a connection with someone.
He hands her the ledger, saying Stephanie will be out in a few weeks. She agrees.Later at her house, Belle looks out the window and smiles.
Ben is there. He tells her life is messy, but the alternative is that she hides out in her house. She says if she loses him she'll have no one. He says she won't. He says she's not her job and he can handle it.
They kiss.

            Lewis Shaler (Dougray Scott) is a doctor and single father heading home with his young son Max (Joshua Kaynama) on a late night train from London. Max accidentally causes fellow passenger Sarah Barwell (Kara Tointon) to spill coffee on her coat, prompting Shaler to apologize to Barwell. The interaction is the beginning of a romantic connection between the two.Later, while the train is stationary, Shaler notices an unidentifiable man tampering with the train's brakes. As the train begins to move again he sees another man crawling across the tracks. On investigation, Shaler discovers the conductor has vanished.Soon after, as the train approaches Shaler's home station, Barwell kisses Shaler and asks him to call her, however Shaler is distracted by the train bypassing his stop. Shaler tries to contact the driver via the intercom, but the driver only speaks to ask how many passengers are left on board. Shaler and fellow passenger Peter Carmichael pull numerous emergency brake cords to no effect. It dawns on Shaler and Carmichael that the driver intends to kill himself and his passengers and, along with fellow passenger Klimowski (who Carmichael originally suspected of involvement), attempt unsuccessfully to stop the train using the rear hand brake.Later, the train collides with a vehicle at a level crossing as the train is traveling too fast to activate the gates and lights. It kills all the occupants inside instantly and fiercely jolting the passengers. The crash also causes one of the six remaining passengers to suffer a heart attack, and Shaler is unable to revive her. Klimowski and Shaler then work together in an attempt to break into the driver's compartment using a fire extinguisher as a battering ram, but their effort is unsuccessful due to the reinforced door.Klimowski attempts to decouple the train carriages by climbing outside, but this dangerous gambit is cut short by an approaching single-track tunnel. Shaler saves Klimowski by pulling him back on board a moment before the open door's impact with the tunnel. It transpires that the police have laid an ineffective blockade in the tunnel which only momentarily stops the train, and none of the passengers can open the doors due to the narrowness of the tunnel.Suspecting that they are now close to a destructive collision with the Hastings station buffers, Shaler creates an improvised explosive using the last remaining fire extinguisher. The explosion causes enough damage for Shaler, with help of Carmichael, to de-couple the carriages, however, Carmichael falls through the gap in the carriages and is killed instantly. The burning carriages separate as they speed through a suburban station where police officers watch helplessly as the train rushes through with the end car trailing not too far behind. Shaler is left on the front car whilst, Klimowski and Barwell attempt to stop their own carriage with the hand brake at the rear. With the train continuing to burn around him, Shaler takes a moment to compose himself, before running and leaping from the carriage as it explodes, dislodging the driver's hand from the dead man's handle and immediately engaging the brakes. The front carriage of the train finally screeches to a stop just in front of the camera and shows the headlight going off for good.Shaler is discovered alive and conscious by Barwell, Max and Klimowski while a helicopter circles over the burning wreckage of the train in the distance. The identity of the driver and his motivations for committing a murder-suicide are left unknown.

            A woman named Jane (Kate Bosworth) moves to an island in Italy with her husband Leonard so he can play Viola and she can write. Her husband is very serious, and must work all the time. There, she meets a young man named Caleb who takes her around for a day, showing her how it feels to be young and free. She meets her husband for lunch the next day, and tells him how great it was to have fun and feel 19 again. Then, as they are about done with lunch, Caleb shows up and sits down to talk with them. Jane is thrilled, and introduces Caleb to her husband. He pulls out a cigarette, and offers it to Jane. Jane accepts, and this angers Leonard because he didn't know prior to this that Jane smoked. Leonard, trying to rush the situation, ask for the check and leaves with Jane. Jane walks Leonard halfway to work, and then she goes off on her own.Caleb follows Jane and finds her after she leaves Leonard. They walk into an alley and Caleb states that he thought about her all night and came to this area on purpose in order to find her. He leans in to kiss her, but she is hesitant. They begin to kiss. Jane pushes Caleb away and accuses him of being someone who likes to seduce women. She runs away from him, and tells him not to follow her.The next few weeks or so are hard for Jane. She starts to notice that her husband is not noticing her, and also that she as become too serious. She finds where Caleb lives and hopes to spend the day with him in order to become less serious. They do lots of fun things like dancing and swimming. That night, they have sex. Jane feels good about it however, and spends the night with him. The next morning, he get home with her husband at the door concerned about where she was. Jane says that they need to talk, but he says he has to go to work and cannot be late. This angers Jane because she realizes Leonard doesn't even see what's happening.Jane now spends all her free time with Caleb, and it sparks new ideas for her writing. However, her husband doesn't seem to be interested still. Caleb tells Jane about to people he met who are traveling to Tibet. He wants to join them on their travels, and asks Jane to come with him.Jane tells Leonard that she doesn't think he loves her anymore because she can't have children and that's all he ever wanted. Leonard denies this, but Jane is so angry that she admits to having an affair. She tells him it is Caleb, which disgusts him. He ask her if she has been sleeping with him, in which she replies "What do you think?". Leonard thinks Jane is only having sex with Caleb because she is mad about not being able to have kids. He gives her a train ticket and tells her to work things out with Caleb, and then meet him so they can go home together.Jane spends another night with Caleb. When she wakes up, she packs and kisses him goodbye as he tells her about his plans for Tibet. Jane goes to the train station, but doesn't go with Leonard. She boards a different train.
