            In a futuristic Japan, the Sibyl System is charged with keeping the peace. Using extensive surveillance and biological monitoring to gauge the likelihood that individuals will commit a crime, the police are able to use weapons called Dominators to remove potential criminals from the population before they become a problem. Confident with the success of the System within their own borders, the Japanese government has begun to export the technology to other countries, planning to ultimately spread the System across the globe.When the state of SEAUn brings the Sibyl System in to test its effectiveness, it becomes a haven of peace and safetyfor a time. Eventually, terrorists from SEAUn begin appearing in Japan, somehow slipping through the Systems security and attacking from within. Desperate for answers, Inspector Akane Tsunemori is sent overseas to bring the terrorists to justice. But when her investigation forces her into a standoff with an old ally, will she be able to pull the trigger?

            Otherwise known as "The Dinosaur Project," this film takes place in a a county called Fossil Ridge in Texas. A prologue narrated by the main character, Abby, explains that her mother had been praying out one night to the "Great Spirit" for a better life only to be torn apart by a raptor who attacked her. With this out of the way, a ranch is shown with the farmer, Dr. Kane, going out into his steel shed to visit some dinosaurs he has been harvesting and raising as his pets. Abby is then introduced as living by herself in her parent's home. She is sent a skimpy waitress outfit by her corrupt employer at Billy Wayne's diner. In North Dallas University, flamboyant student Lucas Young and his nerdy-loser friend Sheldon meet with their obese hippy friend Beast, deciding to go off to a skiing road trip with plenty of "titties." Abby hitchhikes with Dr. Kane to Billy Wayne's diner where she is antagonized by her boss, Billy Wayne. She notices that Dr. Kane is struggling with heart problems, which he denies. Elsewhere a musical trio, blonde guitarist Josie, Goth drummer Colleen, and gay singer, Little Willy, head off down the road to perform elsewhere, only to have car trouble in their camper.Special agents O'Reilly and Logan head off down the road to Fossil Ridge where the story takes place to discover the strange occurrences happening since Abby's mother's death. After examining large footprints, they are advised to stay the night at a hotel which they do. Abby meets with Lucas, Sheldon, Beast, Little Willy, Colleen, and Josie at the gas station having experienced car trouble and need of gas. However all of the gas has been bought by Dr. Kane for his generators to keep his dinosaurs caged. As night falls, the team heads out to Dr. Kane's ranch only to discover he is dying of a heart attack. Josie and Lucas stay behind in the camper to have sex. At Kane's ranch, the group then check out the shed. Beast sees a switch labeled "Doors" and foolishly believes that it will turn on music by the band, "The Doors." However this is not the case and the doors of the dinosaur's cages open. Beat is devoured in one bite by the T. Rex which chases the rest of the group out of the ranch. Elsewhere, Lucas and Josie while having sex in the camper are attacked by a raptor which bites off Josie's head. Lucas survives tough and gathers with the rest of the group later. The group goes back to Abby's home where they see Billy Wayne cross-dressed and teasing Abby, shortly before a T. Rex bursts in and eats him alive, putting the group to flight once again.With Abby and Sheldon arguing constantly and Colleen being turned on by all the violence, as well as Lucas yammering on about "titties," Little Willy is chased into a motel bathroom by a raptor and is torn to shreds by a raptor. The remaining group start up the camper and drives off to main street before it breaks down. They are chased into a toy store where Lucas arms himself in toy armor and BB gun, telling of how he will kill the dinosaur for the glory of titties shortly before he is devoured alive by the Rex. Abby and Colleen with Sheldon escape to a factory where the Rex pursues them. It crushes both Colleen and Sheldon. Abby kills the Rex by throwing a lit lighter at the Rex when it is standing by a row of gas tanks. The special agents arrive and take Abby away. Later, Abby is shown singing at a strip club, apparently her dream job, when it is revealed that the raptors are still alive and roaming Fossil Ridge.
