Alaine has dedicated her life to the service of others, whether that be through special needs instruction, environmental and animal rights advocacy, or through film. Originally from Miami, Florida, Alaine overcame many obstacles and utilized them to create solidarity with individuals from many walks of life. Finding herself homeless at 14, she found acting to be a lifesaving skill when on a dark night, she was followed by an individual in a car, who attempted to abduct her. She found her way into the film industry by chance, after mistakenly walking onto the set of Nothing Left to Fear filming in New Orleans. She then studied acting with Harvard instructors from the Moscow Arts Theatre School.
